WHX Dubai 2026 marked a significant transition as the former Arab Health rebranded under the World Health Expo banner and moved to the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City. The shift signalled ambition and raised questions about attendance and atmosphere following the departure from Dubai World Trade Centre.
Those concerns were quickly dispelled.
Attendance, Scale and Sustained Engagement
With over 235,000 professional visits and 4,300 exhibitors from more than 180 countries, WHX Dubai remains one of the largest healthcare events globally. Despite early logistical challenges on Day 1, turnout was substantial and consistent across all four days.
Unlike many multi-day exhibitions that see footfall decline after Day 2, WHX maintained strong attendance throughout. Aisles remained busy, conference sessions were well attended, and exhibitors reported high levels of engagement.
Strong UK Presence at the ABHI Pavilion
For our first appearance at WHX Dubai, we joined the ABHI UK Pavilion. The location delivered steady footfall and high-quality conversations, reflecting the UK’s recognised credibility in medical technology, compliance and innovation.
ABHI provided well-structured exhibiting space and dedicated meeting areas, enabling productive discussions with manufacturers, distributors and regulatory stakeholders.
Global Audience, Real Commercial Activity
WHX Dubai attracts a truly international audience, including healthcare leaders, procurement teams, executives and innovators from Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. The geographic diversity provides access to markets not typically reached through European or US-focused events.
Exhibitor investment was equally notable. Large, multi-storey stands dominated the halls, signalling the commercial importance of the event. Many companies were actively closing deals and taking orders onsite, reinforcing WHX Dubai’s reputation as a business-driven exhibition.
