Oliver Rudge is an experienced operational leader with a strong foundation in engineering and manufacturing, currently Head of Operations at Eye Technology and Optico. His career began with a four-year engineering apprenticeship, followed by extensive experience in aerospace, modular construction, and medical device manufacturing. Over the years he has managed machine shops, production lines, and large operational teams, gaining a deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes. He is passionate about leading people, improving operations, and ensuring the highest standards across every part of the business.
