I was really happy with the service provided - from initial discussions of our requirements, to the draft protocols and speed of amendments - to the actual work (including late night drop off of samples) and then also for the reports, their amendments and follow up support with additional requirements (summary certificates). Cost of testing may be prohibitive for future testing requirements from the perspective of a business case and compared to other laboratories (e.g. suspension testing) - but I personally could appreciate the quality of work and overall experience vs. cost.

Very kind and useful support. They were asking the right questions to get the job perfectly done and to speed up the whole process for us.
