Kevin brings a broad range of experience to the team, having worked in diverse fields including cell biology, clinical pathology, and ecotoxicology.

What do you do at Test Labs?
Learning how to conduct medical device testing and carry out routine lab tasks.
Where did your interest in science stem from?
As a school leaver I took part in six months work experience at a local CRO and was offered a permanent position.
Have you always wanted to be a Laboratory Scientist?
Had an interest in science at school and have been a technician in many fields including cell biology, clinical pathology and ecotoxicology.
What would your advice be for someone thinking of becoming a Laboratory Scientist?
Take some work experience or an apprenticeship to see if it’s for you.
Seek advice from experienced staff.
What are you looking forward to most about working at Test Labs?
Working for an open and honest company with a tight knit, knowledgeable team where my work is appreciated and pass on my experience.
What do you get up to when you’re not testing and analysing medical devices?
I’m keen on historical places of interest and frequently travel to visit prehistoric sites, castles and churches. I love alternative music, like to read and I organise a quiz in my local pub.
