Tamer is the founder of Med Design Ltd, a medical device design consultancy, and has led and delivered close to 100 medical device projects for industry clients throughout his career. His experience spans the full product lifecycle, including design, manufacture, and testing, underpinned by in-depth knowledge of UK, EU, and US medical device regulatory frameworks, ensuring regulatory strategy and compliance are embedded from concept through to market. With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Applied Photonics, Tamer combines strong technical foundations with advanced research expertise.
