He has worked with leading organisations including Trisoft, Scantrack, Meditrax, and FingerPrint Medical. His expertise spans single-site, Trust-wide, and national-level deployments, with a strong focus on improving productivity, efficiency, sustainability, and patient safety within sterile services, endoscopy, and cardiac, TOE, and ultrasound probes. Darren joined Medical Intelligence Systems in 2023 and became a Board Director in 2025 and Group Managing Director in January 2026, helping shape strategic direction and the development of next-generation technologies including AI and RFID for integrated traceability.
