With over 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance – including GLP, GMP, GCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 17025 – Clare has built a strong track record of supporting quality across multiple industries. Clare joined Test Labs in July 2025 as Quality and Compliance Lead, where she oversees quality activities, supports Test Labs’ management systems, and ensures it maintain key certifications such as UKAS ISO 17025, GLP, and BSI ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Before Test Labs, Clare served as Quality Assurance Manager at Oxford Analytical Services Ltd., managing GLP, GMP, and ISO 17025 compliance, leading audits, and supporting the Quality Management System. She previously held progressive QA roles at G.C. Laboratories Ltd., contributing to compliance in the agrochemical, pharmaceutical, and animal health sectors through SOP development, training, audits, and CAPA management.

Earlier Clare’s career, she gained hands-on laboratory and quality experience at Whitbread PLC, managing the Gas Chromatography Laboratory and leading HACCP-related projects.

Across her career, she’s focused on strengthening quality systems, improving processes, and ensuring organisations meet the highest regulatory standards.
